In July 2017, Alkor Bio Group’s Microbiology laboratory has launched a new product: Toxoplasma gondii antigen (strain RH). This antigen can be used as a specific component in the various test systems, intended for the diagnosis of toxoplasmosis in the research laboratories and production. Toxoplasma antigen is an inactivated, purified component. It is containing the p30 protein (SAG1). Today, the laboratory is working on two new viral antigens: cytomegalovirus and herpes simplex virus 1.
