Alkor Bio Group has developed and launched 22 new allergens for in vitro allergy diagnostics, including two allergen components

Alkor Bio Group's Laboratory of Allergology completed the development and  transferred to the production 22 new allergens, including two allergen components. Thus, today Alkor Bio Group produces 533 allergens. This time food allergens have the largest share among the new products, and developers concentrated on the extremely popular in Russia berries, mushrooms, fish. They are: white currant, red currant, cranberry, cowberry, cherry, chanterelles, porcini, pollock, seabass, guar gum. There are also cultivated flowers - tulip and primrose – among the allergens of the group "grass" in addition to weeds (white clover, meadow clover, lucerne). The group of insect allergens and insect venoms was increased by two allergens - flea cat and crank. The group «pollen trees» was increased by allergens orange tree and Indian mango. Alkor Bio Group developed allergen of sperm (seminal fluid) especially for the reproductive health centers. It should be noted two recombinant allergen components rAra h 8 Peanut и rGly m 4 Soy among the new developments of The Laboratory of Allergology. The term «allergen components» is used for products based on purified protein components of allergens extracted from natural source (native allergens), or biotechnology produced recombinant proteins. Alkor Bio Group produces 15 allergen components with the new products.
