In 2010 «Alkor Bio» company had purchased four-storied building of 7560 m2 total areat to unite all the departments located at 4 taken on lease sites. The selling rate was 200 mn rubles, 70 mn of which were at once spent for the first step of the reconstruction, that started in January 2011. |
