F polymerase: Alkor Bio Group has launched a new enzyme for PCR

F polymerase developed by Alkor Bio Group is enzyme allowing to amplify the DNA-fragments for more than 10000 bp with high fidelity and speed.

In June Alkor Bio Group has launched a new enzyme for PCR – F polymerase. It is thermostable high-throughput, high-accuracy DNA-polymerase.

F polymerase provides a high yield of PCR products from different DNA targets, it allows amplifying fragments for more than 10000 bp and is suitable for mutagenesis, cloning, long or difficult amplification, high-throughput PCR preparation of genome libraries. The field of application of F polymerase: high-accuracy PCR; PCR of long fragments (>10kbp); “Direct-PCR” with EDTA-stabilized blood (up to 15%).

Alkor Bio Group catalog of PCR-reagents includes Taq polymerase, Taq M polymerase, Taq AB polymerase, etc.

These reagents are able to analytic researches: DNA-amplification, PCR-screening, including labeled nucleotide, nick-translation, etc. Domestic PCR-reagents allow refusing the expensive imported reagents, which in turn will reduce the cost of scientific experiments.

The presence of several modifications of the polymerase allows the researcher to choose the optimal enzyme for their experiments. Besides, Alkor Bio Group produces synthesized nucleotides and develops test systems custom-built.
