On the 22-nd of June the grand ceremony of opening the exhibition “The Best Russian Projects - 2011” take place in the international press-center FGU «Government complex «The Palace of congresses». The exhibition is run with support of the State Duma, Federation Soviet, the Public Chamber. Over the years of the exhibition existence more than 500 companies  and organization take place in it. 50 projects from 20 regions was presented for this once.

- The projects on this exhibition are chosen by the recommendations of regions governors, members of  Federation Soviet and deputies of State Duma – said the chairman’s deputy  assistance of State Duma’s culture committee and executive director of the exhibition “The Best Russian Projects - 2011” Roman Zaitsev. Also he said that these projects are the most interesting in cultural and science spheres and most of them are unique.

The president of group of Companies "Alkor Bio" is Dmitry Polyntsev. He  presented the new project “Development of DNA-microarrays for cystic fibrosis diagnostics”. Actually, this test system allows to detect 25 mutation of CFTR gene. Thanks to detection of these mutations we can get an opportunity to realize screening among all newborns and detect this disease in the pre-symptomatic period. Also this test system can be used in neonatal diagnostics as part of national project “ZDOROV’E” in order to prevent high risk of baby’s illness or men’s sterility.

The main aim of the exhibition is the demonstration of the competitiveness Russian ideas, developments and innovations which have a wide use in economy and society. The projects are obviously demonstrated high scientific, technical, innovation level and competitive advantages of exhibition’s participants.
