The exhibition and conference is held under the patronage of The State Duma, the federation council and The Public Chamber of Russia Federation.  Currently this event is navigated in the Konstantinovsky Palace simultaneously with Saint-Petersburg Economical Forum.

Traditionally exhibition “The Best Russian Projects” assembles the most interesting and innovative projects all over the country. During the exhibition there will be presented different projects performed by federal and regional politicians, businessmen and other creative persons. During the years of this project existence there have been participated more than 500 companies and organizations. 

Company’s GENE new project “Development of DNA-microarrays for cystic fibrosis diagnostics” wasn’t chosen by chance. Actually, this test system allows to detect 25 mutation of CFTR gene. Thanks to detection of these mutations we can get an opportunity to realize screening among all newborns and detect this disease in the pre-symptomatic period. Also this test system can be used in neonatal diagnostics as part of national project “ZDOROV’E” in order to prevent high risk of baby’s illness or men’s sterility. In December 2010 this significant project was awarded the prize in the Medicine category as the best innovative project realized in a cluster.
